no cost to web-enabled cell phones and other portable devices capable of viewing
mobile web sites (WAP). These cameras cover major highways and routes in Toronto

Static images ("snapshots") taken by traffic cameras are updated frequently - every
three to eight minutes - so the commuters can see up-to-the-minute road conditions.
